After 5 years of mastering his craft with The Royal Cliff Hotel Group, Chef Gig joined newly built Hilton Pattaya in 2010. As Chefs from the world over joined Hilton Pattaya, Chef Gig witnessed culinary excellence taken from the worlds best venues, like 6 star Dubai Burj Al Arab. Discipline and attention to detail, matched with a love of food, are key ingredients in all that Chef Gig puts his hand to. "My single greatest joy, is to bring happiness to those I cook for" With such a rare passion for fine food, it was only natural Chef Gig would now lead his own team at Moonlight.
